About ER Performance
ER Performance is the direct-to-consumer brand of Jinhua Racing Automotive Supply Co., Ltd, a China-based manufacturer of aftermarket exhaust system parts founded in 2019. Our team brings more than 15 years of combined experience in automotive component manufacturing.
We design, produce, and ship universal and vehicle-specific exhaust components for car owners across North America and Europe — from daily drivers to enthusiast builds.
What we make
Our product lines cover the parts most owners replace or upgrade first:
- Exhaust tips — single-layer, double-layer, slant-cut, and flush-cut designs in polished stainless steel, carbon fiber, and matte black finishes.
- Downpipes and adapter pipes — universal and model-specific fitments.
- Carbon fiber exterior accessories — mirror covers, diffusers, lip kits, and spoilers for popular European and EV platforms.
- Complete cat-back and axle-back exhaust systems for selected applications.
We currently carry dedicated fitments for Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Tesla, plus a full universal range that fits most vehicles when measured correctly.
How we make it
Every ER Performance part starts in our own factory in Wucheng District, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. In-house production means three things for our customers:
- Strict quality control. Each part is inspected against a written specification before it leaves the line — material thickness, weld integrity, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.
- No middleman pricing. You buy from the maker, not from a trading company adding markup at every step.
- Real engineering capacity. We can adjust tooling, dimensions, and finishes for OEM and ODM customers on a reasonable lead time.
Quality and standards
- ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
- SGS onsite factory verification (completed 2025).
- Multiple proprietary design patents.
- Material certificates are available on request for stainless-steel and carbon-fiber components.
- All exhaust tips are pressure-tested for fitment consistency.
- Each shipment is packed in reinforced export cartons with foam protection to survive ocean freight.

We fulfill orders worldwide through established logistics partners, with delivery options to North America (US, CA, MX) and Europe (DE, FR, IT, ES, UK, NL, PL). Tracking is provided for every order; transit times and duties are listed at checkout.
