ER Performance is the factory-direct brand of Jinhua Racing Automotive Supply Co., Ltd. We supply exhaust tips and exhaust system components to distributors, resellers, workshops, and OEM/ODM customers across North America and Europe. This page explains how we work with business buyers.
Wholesale Process
- Send an inquiry. Use the Request Wholesale Quote button on any product page, or contact us directly with the part numbers (RXE SKUs) and quantities you need.
- Receive a quote. We reply within one business day with unit pricing, MOQ, lead time, and shipping cost.
- Order a sample (optional). For new customers or new parts, we recommend ordering a sample before bulk production.
- Confirm and produce. After you approve the proforma invoice, we schedule production.
- Ship and track. We pack and ship to your port or door with tracking provided.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
MOQ varies by product line. Universal exhaust tips are typically quoted per carton (roughly 20–30 pieces, depending on the model). Vehicle-specific and OEM/ODM parts are quoted case by case. Contact us with your target quantities and we will confirm the exact MOQ.
Sample Order
We support sample orders so you can check fitment and finish before committing to bulk. Sample orders are charged at the sample unit price plus shipping. Sample fees are often credited back on your first bulk order — please confirm this when you inquire.
Payment Terms
- Accepted currencies: USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, CNY
- Payment methods: T/T (bank transfer), and other methods by agreement
- Sample orders: 100% in advance
- Bulk orders: commonly 30% deposit with the balance before shipment; terms can be adjusted for established customers
- Trade terms: FOB, EXW, DDU, or DAP
Shipping & Lead Time
- Production lead time: typically 7–15 days for in-stock or standard parts; OEM/ODM orders are quoted per order
- Transit to North America (US/CA/MX): 7–15 business days
- Transit to Europe (EU/UK): 10–20 business days
- Port: Shanghai, China
- Tracking is provided for every order. Import duties and VAT are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
