Frequently Asked Questions (B2B & Buying)
Are ER Performance exhaust tips universal or vehicle-specific?
Both. Universal tips slip over round pipes with 51–80mm (2.0–3.15 inch) inlets — measure your pipe outer diameter to choose the size. Vehicle-specific tips are direct-fit for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen and Tesla applications.
What is the difference between single-wall and double-wall exhaust tips?
Single-wall tips are lighter and more affordable; double-wall tips add a thicker rolled edge for a deeper, premium look. Both are available in stainless steel and carbon fiber finishes.
Do you offer wholesale pricing and custom logo (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. Universal tips are quoted per carton (typically 20–30 pieces depending on model); custom logo, packaging and specifications supported. Quote response within 1 business day; samples available before bulk.
How long do production and shipping take?
Production is typically 7–15 days for in-stock or standard parts. Transit is 7–15 business days to the US, Canada and Mexico, and 10–20 business days to the EU and UK. Tracking is provided for every order.
What is the warranty and return policy?
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging.
