OEM/ODM Exhaust Tips: What a Factory Can Customize for Your Brand

About a third of our production runs are branded for other companies. This is the customization menu we quote against, so you know what to ask for in an RFQ.

What can be customized

  • Logo: laser-etched or embossed branding on the tip body; most customers add a logo to an existing RXE design first.
  • Finish: glossy/matte carbon, forged carbon, polished/matte stainless, burnt-blue titanium-look, and color inner tubes on selected models.
  • Sizing: custom inlet diameters outside the standard 51–80mm range, and custom outlet shapes (round, oval, square, quad) for ODM projects.
  • Packaging: branded color boxes, inserts and carton marks — important for retail-ready e-commerce sellers.
  • Specs & tooling: fully proprietary designs with dedicated tooling for larger ODM programs.

How the process runs

Inquiry with part numbers or sketches → quote within 1 business day (unit price, MOQ, lead time) → sample approval → 30% deposit → production (typically 7–15 days for standard parts; ODM quoted per order) → balance before shipment (FOB/EXW/DDU/DAP, port of Shanghai).

Universal-tip MOQ is typically 20–30 pieces per carton; OEM/ODM is quoted case by case. The factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified and SGS-verified — see certifications. Start with a quote request.
